1020 × 692

The wait is finally over. The all-new 2021 Cadillac Escalade is beginning to arrive at dealerships now, and we couldn't be more excited. Coming in at 212 inches from bumper to bumper and an overall height of 77 inches, this is the largest and longest Escalade ever. Inside, it boasts more room for passengers including an additional 10.1 inches of third-row legroom.

That's a lot of Cadillac!

Unmatched Performance

Raising its own high-tech standards, the 2021 Cadillac Escalade is bigger and bolder than previous generations with up to 120.9 cubic feet of cargo space. This highly-anticipated fifth-generation SUV comes standard with a 420-horsepower 6.2-liter V8 engine. A 277-horsepower 3.0 Liter Duramax Turbo-Diesel engine is available on all trims. Both engines are paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and can be equipped with Super Cruise hands-free driving.

The Escalade features a new four-link independent rear suspension, standard 22-inch wheels, and optional Magnetic Ride Control which team up to give the vehicle a lower, flatter floor, a smoother ride, and better steering and handling. It comes in either 2WD or 4WD.

Technological Advances

Technologically speaking, the new Escalade is outfitted with next-level infotainment that provides a lavish and connected driving experience. One of the most exciting features is the curved OLED (organic light-emitting diode) with 38 total inches of diagonal display. This includes three screens integrated into the dashboard like the touch-screen Control Panel that displays trip information and controls the cluster screen; the Cluster Screen that shows the odometer, fuel gauge, and gear selection; and the Infotainment Touch-screen that controls navigation, music, HVAC settings, interior lighting, controls for rear passengers, and many other vehicle functions. The App Tray area provides shortcuts to commonly used features and the Status Pane section displays the time, temperature, and other pertinent indicators. All of these can be customized.

In terms of safety, the 2021 Escalade comes with advanced driver-assist tools including Rear Pedestrian Alert, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Automatic Emergency Braking, Front Pedestrian Braking, HD Surround Vision, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, and Automatic Seat Belt Tightening. Optional safety features include the Night Vision System for more visibility when driving in the dark, and a full-color Head-Up Display which makes it easier to keep your eyes on the road while accessing navigation and other important information when you're behind the wheel.

For 2021, the Escalade comes in five enticing trims:
