It's guaranteed the upcoming Cadillac Celestiq will turn heads. Based on a concept model located at the GM Complex in Warren, Michigan, the Celestiq will be distinctly Cadillac, with unique twists. Like the concept LYRIQ, there is no formal grill on the Celestiq. Instead, there's a modernistic-looking row of backlit lines, with the iconic Cadillac crest.
Both the headlights and taillights are vertical, a classic Cadillac design feature in recent years. The EV has a wide stance, thanks to the large size of the massive battery pack under the floor, giving it a distinctive, muscular look.
Renderings of the Cadillac Celestiq show a large C-pillar and concave details in the door panels. The choice of a hatchback instead of a truck allows the vehicle's lines to flow smoothly to the rear, and also affords a lot more storage room than in traditional all-electric vehicles.
